Exchange or Return of Goods
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories (if any), and proof of purchase. Carefully opening the package to inspect the product will not affect your eligibility for a return, as long as the product has not been used or installed.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect toner cartridge or refill product, please contact our support team as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Please note that used, installed, or intentionally damaged toner cartridges and refill bags cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective upon delivery.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
